Following the INFINITI maintenance schedule for your vehicle keeps it in optimal shape. Although each model includes its specific schedule of service intervals in your owner’s manual, this guide gives you a general idea of when to make your maintenance appointments.

What Luxury Car Owners Should Know About the INFINITI Maintenance Schedule

Initial 7,500-Mile and 37,500-Mile Service

Most models have their first oil change around 7,500 miles. The tech will also rotate your tires at this visit and inspect the car’s propeller shaft, differential oil, brake pads and rotors, transfer case oil, drive shaft boots, transmission fluid, and brake lines and cables. Checking these components allows us to detect and repair minor issues before they cause significant problems. This service appointment repeats when you reach 37,500 miles.

At every service appointment, we also perform a complimentary multi-point inspection. Our team checks your tire air pressure, brake fluid, engine belts and air filter, wiper blades, tire air pressure, radiator core, power steering fluid, and other vehicle components and recommends adjustments as needed.

15,000-Mile Service

After driving your INFINITI about 15,000 miles, it’s time for another oil change and tire rotation. We’ll also replace your brake fluid at this appointment. In addition to the inspections performed at the 7,500-mile service, this service will include inspection of your axles, suspension, emission control system, steering gear and linkage, and exhaust system.

22,500-Mile and 45,000-Mile Service

This service appointment covers everything in the 15,000-mile service. We’ll also replace your cabin air filter and Intelligent Key battery. You’ll have the same services performed again at your 45,000-mile visit.

30,000-Mile Service

After 30,000 miles, we’ll perform the same checks and maintenance tasks as in the 15,000-mile service. You’ll also have your engine air filter changed at this interval.

52,500-Mile Service

At approximately 52,500 miles, we’ll do everything from the 7,500-mile oil change and tire rotation visit. We’ll also change your engine coolant at this appointment.

These service intervals assume standard use of your INFINITI. You may need more frequent service for severe use, defined as frequent short trips of less than 5 miles (or less than 10 miles in freezing conditions), towing with your vehicle, driving on rough terrain, and frequent idling or low-speed driving, especially in hot weather. Contact Edison INFINITI in Edison, NJ today to schedule a service appointment or browse our incredible luxury lineup.
